Integration Technologies Limited (“ITL”) is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of our customers, partners and web site visitors. Our key privacy principles are:

  • Being transparent – indicating how your information may be used or shared in this Privacy Policy.
  • Taking reasonable measures to ensure your information is kept secure.
  • Seeking to collect only information that we require to design, develop and deliver our products and services, and to effectively operate our business.
  • Only sharing your information when necessary (for example to comply with the law) or with your permission.

1. Personal Information

This means information that can be used to identify you. For example your name, title, phone number, email address or postal address. It could also include other personal details like a photo, bank account details, or medical information.

2. Use of Personal Information

We will ask for or collect personal information for the following reasons.

If you call, message or email us (including using our Contact/Feedback form)

When you contact our support or sales staff we retain your contact details so we can respond to you, or contact you later regarding ITL products or services. This applies to pre-sales enquiries as well as technical support requests by our customers or their agents.

If you subscribe to our Newsletter

To subscribe you are required to provide us with an email address. ITL will not sell or distribute your email address to third parties. It is only used for communication with you, or to inform you of news about ITL and our products.

We use confirmation on our mailing list: unless you confirm that you want to be subscribed by clicking a link we send you, and opt-in to our Newsletter we won’t send you ITL News email. You can have your email address removed from our mailing list at any time, we ask you to confirm this by clicking a link.

When you purchase our products or services

As part of discussions with new customers, and in order to provide our products and services to customers, ITL will require your billing contact details including name, email, office address and, shipping address.

When Browsing this Web Site

While using this Web Site, browser cookies are used to determine what content to show, and to collect anonymous web usage. These cookies are stored by the browser on your device.

If you apply for a job with Integration Technologies Limited

Applicants are required to submit a resume, covering letter and additional information as part of our candidate selection process. This information is used to determine whether each applicant has the required skills and experience for employment at ITL.

If you provide us a product or service

We will retain information you have provided to us so we can contact you in future about your products or services.

3. Disclosure of Personal Information

As described in the previous section, we collect personal information for different business purposes. We control this information carefully, but must disclose selected personal information as described below.

Business Partners, Suppliers and Contractors

ITL uses various companies to provide services on our behalf including shipping/postage, hardware manufacture, design consultancy, and technical support. We provide these companies only the information they need to deliver the services required, and they are prohibited from using that information for other purposes.

Service Providers

We operate our email Newsletter using MailChimp. This means each subscriber’s contact email address and (optional) name is stored by MailChimp in order to provide this service to ITL. The MailChimp Privacy Policy includes more information about the services and security provisions they have in place.

As described in section 7 – Use of Web Site Cookies, some web cookies and browser usage information is collected by third parties we have selected to provide services to ITL.

Other Third Parties

We will not share, sell, rent or trade your personal information with third parties for their promotional purposes.

Further we will only disclose your personal information when required to provide you with a product or service that you have requested, or with your written consent.

Compelled Disclosure

ITL may disclose your personal information if forced to do so:

  • In the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in relation to a business transfer or disposition.
  • To conform to legal requirements or comply with a legal process served on ITL or this website.
  • To enforce an agreement between you and ITL.
  • In urgent circumstances to protect personal safety or the public.

4. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, to track and report web traffice on our web servers. We use this service to understand activity on our web site to manage, maintain and improve the web site.

Google Analytics works using browser cookies to determine which pages on a web site you visit, and how long you spend reading each page. See Section 7 – Use of Web Site Cookies for more information.

5. Children and Privacy

ITL does not offer any products or services for persons under the age of 16, and does not knowingly solicit personal information from persons under the age of 16.

In the event we identify any persons under the age of 16 with a web site login, or Newsletter subscription, their details will be deleted.

6. Security of Personal Information

Our web servers and mail list servers operate using secure protocols (TLS) to help protect your information exchanged over the internet. Before being transmitted your data is encrypted by your device or web browser. Access to your data is protected by secure logins to prevent data loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration.

7. Use of Web Site Cookies

When you visit any web site, it may store or retrieve information on your web browser. Mostly this is in the form of cookies. This information is usually used to decide what content you want, your web browser/device, or is used to make the site work correctly. On most web sites this information does not usually identify you directly but is often used by web sites to give you a better web experience.

Our web site uses cookies for the following reasons:

  • To remember which Enabler product-specific content you choose to view, which helps to deliver a user-friendly experince when you navigate from page to page.
  • To collect anonymous browser usage data to help us maintain and improve our website.

  • To provide Google Translation of page content and remember which language you have selected.
  • To remember when you have dismissed our cookie usage prompt, so this message is not displayed again.

These cookies are required for operation and maintenance of our website. Other than the facilities provided by Google Analytics, it is not practical for us to provide an opt-out facility for these cookies.

8. Links to Other Web Sites

Our Web Site contains links to pages and information on other web sites. We do not have control over these other web sites and cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of information you provide while visiting those sites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to other web sites, and if you have questions about how those sites use your information you should consult that web site’s privacy policy.

9. International Transfer of Information Collected

The ITL Corporate headquarters are located in Palmerston North, New Zealand. We operate our business from this location with a sales representative located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As part of operating our business, ITL may transfer and access information you have shared with us between these locations.

10. Accessing, Updating and Correcting your Personal Information

ITL will retain your information for a period of time consistent with the original purpose of collection. For example we will retain your email address until you unsubscribe from our mailing list. We will also retain your information for sufficient time that ITL can pursue our immediate business interests, contuct audits, comply with our legal obligations or enforce our agreements.
